TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
(NUAD BO RARN) is more than 2500 year old technique for relaxing the body and the mind.
The heart of the therapy is based on Energy Lines called "SEN". It is a combination of yoga, stretching, acupressure and reflexology. It involves gentle but firm pressure on the body with the palms, fingers, arms and elbows.
No oils are used in a Traditional Thai massage. It is performed fully clothed. (You can bring your own loose and comfy exercise outfit or I can provide an uniform)
The therapy is a healing and relaxing experience. It is highly recommended for stress relief, muscle ache after exercise and general health.
A Basic Thai massage lasts about 1hr 30mins.
